Unsigned but the first one in the pair is signed (although signature is tricky to decipher).
Oil on board. Elaborate gilt gesso frame (distressed).
Depicts a horse and riders with dogs - hare coursing.
Size of frame: 14 x 12 inches;
Size of painting: 12 x 9.5 inches;
Size of front painting aperture: 7 x 4.75 inches.
Weight: 1.2 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Distressed condition, commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and lots of knocks to and pieces missing from gesso frame but all part of its charm and character.
