Depicts a maid in cap working with cotton. It is a Victorian subject, painted in the style of Photographic Realism. Framed in a period frame (not original to painting).

Reasonable condition for its age - some knocks to and pieces missing from gesso frame with some restoration but all part of its charm and character.
