Cotton top; Linen skirt - amazing quality fabric.
Contrasting blues - top is royal blue, middle section light blue with print and skirt a dark inky indigo blue.
Round neck, back button and loose at back waist, middle section has an aperture and tie to pull in, skirt is intricatel pleat gathering - incredible design - I've not seen one like this before.
