Stonehaven Harbour is the historic harbour at the heart of Stonehaven, on Scotland’s northeast coast.
Depicts a tall sailing ship at sunset in Stonehaven Harbour.
Oil on canvas.
Size: 30 x 20 inches;
Weight: 1.1 kg (but allow up to 10 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, craquelure, some flaking around perimeter, some areas of damage to canvas with a couple of repairs to reverse and some restoration work.
The antique wood of this item has had a woodworm infestation at some point in its long life. However, this has now been specially treated to eradicate.
Priced accordingly.
Best described as faded grandeur.
