Antique French wooden ebonised dome base jewellery display stand plateau with blue velvet top.
French, circa 1890.
This base would have originally had a glass dome (due to the groove around the edge).
Size of base: 11.5 x 7.5 inches;
Would fit a glass dome (ie middle of groove to middle of groove): 10.5 x 6.5 inches
Weight: 715g (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age - various marks & scratches and blue velvet pile worn in places where a clock would previously have stood but all part of its charm and character.
Priced accordingly.
