Antique walnut casket shaped tea caddy with brass plaque ornamentation.
English, circa 1880.
Dome shaped with brass plaque ornamentation on lid and key escutcheon, 2 inner compartments. Walnut veneer. Key is present but doesn't turn properly.
Size: 8 x 4.5 x 5 inches.
Weight: 1.29 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, original glass beaker is missing and tatty base but all part of its charm and character.
