Depicts a lady in traditional dress holding a hay rake, with a child leaning over a stile - the child's face is obliterated.
Size of frame: 16 x 13 inches.
Size of painting: 9.75 x 6.75 inches.
Weight: 1.5 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, some knocks to gesso frame, the child's face is obliterated and the frame has been re-painted at some point but all part of its charm and character.
Priced accordingly.
The antique wood of this item has had a minor woodworm infestation at some point in its long life. However, this has now been specially treated to eradicate.
