Nicely painted portrait of a matriarchal older lady. Reminiscent of a character from a Jane Austen novel.
Size of frame: 17.5 x 16 inches.
Size of portrait: 12.5 x 11 inches.
Weight: 2 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age - there is some damage to the paintwork (on her face and in two other areas), some cracks and crackling to the paintwork. There are also some knocks to and pieces missing from the gesso frame but all part of its charm and character.
