Antique French handmade blue cotton skirt underskirt slip with cut out detail at hem size S/M.

Gently elasticated waistband, cut out detail at hem.

Reasonable condition for its age - it has been let down, hence the horizontal marks which were originally tiers, it has been mended with white cotton before it was dyed and the cotton didn't "take" so is visible; you could unpick it and re-stitch in blue cotton if you've got the time and inclination but it's best suited to an underskirt to add an extra layer under a slightly shorter skirt to show off the lace hem.
