Signed by the artist. A bit about Erich Kruger (German, 1897-1978):
"Erich Krüger studied at the Berlin Art Academy under Bruno Paul and later, after an interruption through the First World War, under professor Gärtner and Paul Müller-Kaempff. After his studio had been destroyed in 1944, Krüger moved to the village of Wernigerode and several of his paintings show the surrounding landscape." (AskArt).
