Antique Victorian elegant pewter teapot.
Made by Joseph Deakin & Sons, Sheffield - maker's stamp on base.
Height: 4.5 inches;
5 inches (to top of lid handle);
Top diameter of lid aperture: just over 2.5 inches;
Width (spout to handle): 9.5 inches.
Weight: 600g ( allow 1kg once packed).
Condition commensurate with age - large dent one side + usual superficial marks, scratches, etc.
When tested, it actually leaks so only suitable for decorative purposes.
Best described as shabby chic - nevertheless a lovely old pot.
