Antique Victorian carriage or cart - child's size.
This is a fully working, scale model of a Victorian cart carriage,
apparently made as a child's toy. Perhaps the sort of plaything
which would grace an English country house.
A handmade and probably unique item.
This cart has nice provenance in that actually came from
the writer, John Bayley's home (best known as Iris Murdoch's
husband) who lived in the south of England. He died in January
of this year.
